How do you change a page to open in Dreamweaver instead of Firefox

Page history last edited by Kathleen Culver 15 years ago
My index page is saving as a firefox file and not a dreamweaver file and I'm not sure why.

I tried re-saving the whole file again, but it is still saving as a firefox file. Do you know why?

this is just the way your computer is set to auto-open files with the extension .html.

to fix:
- click once on the file
- from the file menu, choose get/info
- "open with," choose Dreamweaver as the application instead of Firefox
- click "change all" to make all documents open this way
