dreamweaver trial

Page history last edited by ekaiser@... 15 years, 11 months ago

I just downloaded the Dreamweaver Trial, and I am having trouble selecting the 800X600 pixel size.  When I click on the current size, it gives me a list of different size options, however, they are all greyed-out and will not let me select a different size.  Does anyone know what the problem could be?   Since it is a trial, do I not have the option to change the size? If so, does this mean that using the trial is not an option since our webpage has to be 800 X 600 pixels?

Also, if I am working on a PC (Windows Vista) and not a Mac, how can I test my website?

Sorry, I can't help with your question about the trial, but to test the site, you can open it with a web browser the same way you would on a mac. Since, you can't put it on the server, you can't go to the actual site through the url, but you can preview the file with a web browser. Just open the file using whichever web browser you use.

I'm not sure on the pixel count w/ the trial version. But when you create your master layout table, just set it to be no wider than 760 px.
