I know this isn't a software question...but I used a "quikmap" for one of my alternative story forms and the quikmap service is down, and has been for the last two days. Any suggestions?
Hmm, that's a bummer. It won't hurt your grade because it's out of your control. But if you want it for a portfolio piece, you could redo it in Google Maps and achieve a similar effect.

on a similar note, now I cannot embed the map in my page. I have it saved as a pdf, so should I just link to it from my site?
